At BOUWTRUST, we build using Structural Insulated Panels (SIP) — a modern, high-performance solution for energy-efficient construction.
Each SIP panel consists of OSB boards and an EPS insulation core, bonded with polyurethane adhesive to ensure exceptional strength, airtightness, and thermal efficiency.

SIP ProductionProcess

All SIP panels are manufactured at our partners’ modern European facility under strict quality control. Each stage of production, from gluing to final packaging, is managed with high precision in accordance with EU construction and environmental standards.

  1. Gluing
    Polyurethane adhesive is evenly applied to OSB sheets. EPS foam is placed between layers to form a solid structural element.
  2. Pressing
    Panels are pressed hydraulically to create a permanent bond, ensuring long-term durability and stability.
  3. Cutting
    After curing, each panel is cut according to project specifications for perfect on-site fitting.
  4. Grooving
    Edges are grooved for wooden inserts, allowing quick assembly using the “spline and groove” method.
  5. Marking & Shipping
    Panels are labelled, packed, and safely delivered — ready for fast installation anywhere in Europe.

ThermalPerformance

SIP panels ensure outstanding insulation and minimal heat loss, fully compliant with European energy efficiency standards.

Precision engineering eliminates cold bridges, maintaining stable indoor temperatures throughout the building’s life cycle.

ACOUSTIC PERFORMANCE

SIP panels offer high acoustic performance depending on the insulation thickness, finishing layers and wall configuration.

FireResistance

BOUWTRUST SIP panels comply with EU fire safety regulations.
A standard wall with double gypsum layers achieves REI 60 fire resistance (EN 1364-1:1999).
• Tested system: 160 mm SIP + timber + double gypsum board → 62 minutes fire exposure.

Warranty andLifespan

Our SIP panels are designed for a service life of over 50 years, as confirmed by European Technical Assessments.
The manufacturer of SIP panels provides a 5-year warranty on its products with the possibility of extending the warranty period for specific projects.
